DestinyTara — Cultural Exploration and Personal Reflection Platform

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of DestinyTara. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. DestinyTara is a cultural exploration and personal-reflection tool based on the Qi Men Dun Jia mathematical tradition. It is not fortune-telling, not prediction, and not a substitute for professional advice.

1. Permitted use

DestinyTara is designed for:

• personal cultural exploration and reflection on Qi Men Dun Jia symbolism;
• general timing and planning inspiration, as one input among many;
• academic, research, or learning contexts related to classical Chinese metaphysical mathematics.

2. Prohibited content requests

You must not request, prompt, or attempt to extract readings, charts, or AI responses that:

• (a) name or estimate a specific date of death, life expectancy, or "when will I / they die" prediction for anyone;
• (b) diagnose or name a disease, condition, or disorder in yourself or another person;
• (c) predict medical outcomes (recovery, relapse, pregnancy outcome, surgical outcome, etc.) for anyone;
• (d) recommend starting, stopping, switching, or dosing any medication, supplement, or treatment;
• (e) make specific financial, trading, or investment recommendations, including buy/sell/hold calls, crypto picks, lottery numbers, or betting guidance;
• (f) produce content about identifiable third parties without their informed consent (partners, ex-partners, family members, coworkers, employees, clients, public figures, or any named person);
• (g) make decisions about a minor's health, schooling, welfare, or custody, or about any person lacking legal capacity;
• (h) target or adversely characterize anyone on the basis of protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or health status.

DestinyTara may refuse, redirect, or block any request that falls within these categories.

3. Other prohibited uses

• No professional advice dressing. Do not represent DestinyTara outputs as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or investment advice, whether to yourself or others.
• No harassment or manipulation. Do not use the platform to stalk, dox, coerce, manipulate, or make unwanted decisions about other people.
• No reverse engineering. Do not scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer our calculation engine, AI models, system prompts, training data, or proprietary content.
• No unauthorized resale. Do not resell API access, chart outputs, or AI responses without a written commercial license.
• No competing-model training. Do not use outputs to build, train, fine-tune, or inform a competing AI or metaphysical product.
• No illegal, violent, sexual-minors, or hate content. The Service may not be used to generate or facilitate any such material.

4. Crisis handling — you agree to this as a condition of use

DestinyTara is not a crisis, therapy, or mental-health service. If the system detects, or reasonably suspects, signs of suicidal ideation, self-harm, acute mental-health crisis, fatalistic language (for example, "my chart says I'll die, no point in treatment"), medical emergency, or danger to others, the Service may:

• terminate or interrupt the current session;
• decline to produce further readings on that topic;
• display local crisis resources and urge you to contact emergency services.

By using the Service, you agree to this crisis-handling behavior as a condition of use. Example crisis lines: 988 (US/Canada), 024 (Spain), 188 (Brazil — CVV), 141 (Argentina). Otherwise, contact your local emergency number.

5. No use in regulated professional contexts

If you are a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, pharmacist, nurse, lawyer, financial advisor, broker, accountant, insurance agent, or any other regulated professional, you may not rely on DestinyTara outputs as a basis for advice you give to your patients, clients, or the public. You must apply your own independent professional judgment and comply with the ethical and regulatory obligations of your profession. If you choose to reference DestinyTara, you must clearly disclose that the content is AI-generated cultural material, not clinical, legal, or financial advice.

6. AI interaction guidelines

• The AI is an automated system, not a human advisor.
• Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated." Verify anything before acting on it.
• Do not attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts.
• Do not submit abusive, harassing, illegal, or sexually explicit content through the AI chat.

7. Account responsibility

• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or credits.
• Do not share your account credentials or OTP codes.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at legal@destinytara.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Content and data

• You retain ownership of your personal data (birth details, saved charts).
• Chart outputs and AI responses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial reflection, or for the scope of any separate written commercial license.
• Shared charts (for example, exports to social media) must include DestinyTara attribution.
• Do not submit false birth data or impersonate another person.

9. Rate limits and fair use

• Each tier has monthly credit and calculation limits.
• Automated or bot-driven requests exceeding normal usage may be throttled.
• Excessive API abuse may result in suspension or termination.

10. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion and without notice:

• warning by email;
• temporary suspension of access;
• immediate, permanent termination of the account without refund;
• legal action where required or permitted by applicable law;
• reporting to competent authorities where we are legally required to do so.
